Local cuisine from the Northwest of Murcia, Mediterranean, Andalusian nuanced, creative and inclusive. Our cuisine is based on fresh and seasonal products, which reflects our tradition and the original flavors of our land.

In the fall of 2010 we start a new era led by our Chef Encarna López, who has been learning with the Chef Ángel León (Restaurant A Poniente, Cadiz, honored with a star in the Michelin Guide).

We offer delicious tasting menus, where the fish become the stars by returning a delicious Mediterranean wink. But we also maintain our traditional dishes: pot, bread crumbs, rice, lamb and game meats...
